Do you Serve Food?

​We DO! Our food menu rivals that of any live entertainment venue. We have something for everyone!

What does VIP Couch Tickets get me?
​
They get you the best, most comfortable seat in the house. They seat you with your group, with in-couch drink and food service. Treat yourself for the show, tickets are limited and they do not disappoint.
​
Is it only us sitting on the couches?
​
When you purchase our VIP Couch tickets it only you and your group on your couch. You can get 4 person seats, or 2 person seats. The seats are close to the stage and face the stage. IF you purchase General Admission tickets you will be seated where there is availability, Maybe the couches? Maybe the back of the room? Roulette is fun right?

What about General Admission Tickets? How do they work?
​
General Admission tickets get you into the venue and do not guarantee you any specific seat. Our hostess will seat you based on availability. Of course we always try to accommodate all requests and always do our best to make sure you are sitting with your party.
We recommend putting your seating preferences and party members names on the more information box when purchasing tickets so we can make sure everyone is seated together.

How long are the shows?
They vary by type of show. In our Events section, you can read the details and it will tell you length. But typically a show is 90 minutes.

Can we stay after the show?
Absolutely! This is one of the coolest parts of The Basement. You will not have to leave after, you can enjoy food, cocktails, beers, or whatever we have that floats your boat. You can also play pool, darts or just hangout with your friends!

What if we want to come after the show? Do we still need a ticket?
There are no tickets once the show has ended. You can walk in and enjoy all our venue has to offer.

Is there parking?
There is parking in the rear of the building, we also have a Winnipeg Transit bus stop in front. If you are drinking please don't drive.

Do you do group discounts for shows?
We do! Please reach out to us in the contact section and give us the information of the group and we will do our best to accommodate.

Is there a dress code?
There is no dress code. Come as you please!

What is your refund policy?
​
All ticket sales are final. We do however realize we are all human, things come up, mistakes happen and we will do what we can to help you out. Refunds will be given on a case by case basis. If you change your mind about coming to the show 1 hr before the show starts don't expect a refund :) We know we can all understand that.
